Struggling with weight and depression. I decided to start back on Weight Watchers. I joined a gym back in April and was doing well but fell of that wagon for a bit. Gotta get myself back and on track but I lack motivation. Also need to work through my SAD. it's a thought thing to deal with for me seeing as how it's September and I live in WNY- winter is inevitable- it will be here before I know it.
