I'm doing a low calorie diet....somewhere between 1200-1500 calories. So far it is going well. I've lost 10 pounds. I was wondering if it makes a difference what I'm using my calories towards. Will I lose less weight if I eat more sugar or fat even if I stay within my goal? I am usually a pretty healthy eater, but occasionally I like to indulge (not really indulge because I'm stil sticking to my calorie goal). Thanks for your replies!
