i have been doing low carb for about two year.i couldnt do it the way the books said that was to hard.so what i did was make it my on.i eat about 40 to 80 carbs a day. never get more then a 100 carbs a day are you will see them pounds come back on. that what i did in gain 15 pounds back. but i have to say i ate everything in site this christmas . you can get low carb breads and candy,i got a peanut cookie recipe that so good. i try to eat about 10 carb. for breakfast and lunch.that easy for me because i dont like eating anything before 1030 or 1100.there low carb ice cream. i even have that bake potatoes about once a month. all i do is take out some of the potatoes and put sour crean and cheese and bacan in it . you you can put what ever you like. i also use splenda the books say not to but i lost weight.but when you use splenda in the place of suger only start with half of what it call for. i also take omega 3 fish oil softgel that will help to keep your heart healthy.sent you are not getting alot of things that have potassium in them you make want to take .ask your doctor
