I have tried every diet going, where your calorie intake is restricted, so many rules about low fat, low GI etc and not one of them worked. Then last weekend I got rid of all the books and looked for another way. I worked out my BMR and decided to use that as my calorie allowance each day (1625cals). I split it into 3 meals of 400cals with 400 left over for snacks in between. Then I made an effort to do some exercise every other day, just maybe 30 mins aerobics. I really don't believe it. I've eaten whatever I wanted, even cheese, and I didn't once feel like I was starving which is what I always expected from a diet. I've had so many false starts the last few weeks. Sorry for the long rant but I'm literally bouncing! I really didn't expect results from this, not with how much I've eaten. I don't get it but I love it!
