Hello I am overweight and would love to be thin again but find it really hard.I am a real picky eater I love pasta,rice,sweets.All the stuff that is bad for you.I say I am going to excercise when I get home from work but when I get home I am so tired.I also say I am going to do it in the mornings but still no ambition.Any ideas for me to get the ball rolling.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
