Anyone ever used this book? I did, a number of years ago, and I have to say it really delivered. There's a lot to "work on", and a diet that I kind-of had to fudge because of my lifestyle, but the supplements suggested are GREAT, and the logic behind most of the suggestions is sound. It's not just a weight-loss thing, it's really for those of us who look in the mirror and wonder where that vibrant person went who we used to see in there! I'm re-reading it and implementing many of the suggestions again. I'll post a before and after in 10 weeks!! Haha.
