I have a 2 month old and just feel drained. I am the kind of drained that sleep won't help. I used to drink caffeine to give me the extra energy boost but since my diet (no soda, fried foods, or food after 8) I haven't been able to find that extra kick for my day. I used to take phentermine that was prescribed by my doctor as an appetite suppressant and really liked the energy boost it gave me but didn't like the fact that I couldn't eat anything. I would lose 10 pounds only to gain back 15. Exercise gives me a small kick but I am looking for something a little bigger so I can go on to get my RN. Does anyone know of a healthy way to get this extra energy without comprimising my diet or health?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
