I work out 1hr a day and I have 3 kids. I need help with my willpower. I feel like I'm in the kitchen all day. I'm 195 and used to be 159. I want to be that again sooo bad. Does anyone have a over the counter pill that they know works. I just need that little help to keep me on track. I'm even thinking going to the doctor for a subcription but I don't know if they give them out as they used too.

i dont know how it works for others but i have been using zantrex-3 it really helps with the energy i dont have.

I know you asked about pills but...have you thought about celery or carrots...or a glass of water. I'm fighting the weight struggle too - and I do celery when I absolutely have to have something. I even dip them in salsa sometimes. Satisfies the crunch and the "need something that has flavor" craving.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
