I was wonderring if any of you ever get this feeling like you are kinda dizzy or light headed? Also when this happens i get this feeling like i need to eat right now and its hard to satisfy it. I dont know if this matters but usually its for something with sugar and im not a sugar eater. It has happened on and off for quite a few years now usually at work if im working really hard or today on the treadmill just walking. Now it might not happen for a year or it could be next week. Anyone have any idea what this is? I have never been diagnosed with diabetes so i dont think it is a sugar low or high but i dont know, i guess i could have it and not even know.
