I think everyone on this discussion should try daily to find 2 things that went right and 1 thing that went wrong. It's the old saying: "1 step forward - 2 steps backward" but in reverse! We can find nutty things or inspirational things but if we keep it going; we will all be more positive than negative. I'll start: Good things-(1)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good Thing 2: I got my brother's birthday present bought, and he'll love it.
Bad Thing: My foot is a little sore from the race.
Good Thing 2: I'm going to make an offer on a house that I fell in love with and want to buy....I'm very excited.
Bad Thing: I'm pretty sure my husband is still lying to me. He disappears between 11pm and 2:30 am.....I can't sleep because of it.
Good thing:clean food for 235 days back to back
Good thing: 4# to healthy weight
Bad thing: I have sick since weds afternoon
good thing 2: loving my new tummy since I had it chopped off!
bad thing: I ate pizza!!
Good thing 2: I have stuck to my healthier, more active lifestyle for 1 month.
Bad thing: I still have not managed to completely give up the filthy cigarette's.
GOOD THING: I am able to accept that my partners "mood" is her shit
BAD THING: my partner is in a "mood"
Bad, thing, i dreamed of my missing daughter last night so felt depressed.
1. went to eat on the Ohio River on such a perfect day for grilled salmon
2.I saw my mom (85) and she gets to leave the rehabilitation home next Saturday to go home w/ dad(90)
bad thing: I ate too many 100 calorie treats
Good thing 2: I love my guy and he loves me
Bad thing 1: a client bought me a 1.5kg (3.3lbs) box of chocolates in thanks, and I've had three pieces today already (It's only lunch time here!!)
Good thing:I had fun with my daughters yesterday.
Bad thing:Boston Legal was not on last night. It makes me laugh. I have the hots for Alan
good thing: gossip girl my favorite show was on tonight
bad thing: i had a bingeing episode tonight
