Hello everyone. I kown that there are still two days of DITZ left, and I hope that eveyone has worked towards their goal. Even if you didn't reach your goal or if you went past it congrats to you. You have been working to make yourself healthy and that is the main thing.
The reason I am doing this post today is because I went to the DRs today and got weighed and stuff. Good news my blood pressure went down from 147/80 to 123/72 which is really good. Now when DITZ started I weighed 318 and my goal was to get below 300. Today at the DRs office I weighed in at 288 so I did reach my goal and a little beyond. The main thing is that my over all health has greatly improved and will continue to do so.
So even though DITZ is almost over keep on working toward your goals, keep focused and be persistent. Don't quit.

haha. By didn't change... I mean I didn't gain weight..and THAT's a good thing. It would be an awesome thing if I lost, but I'm not as upset about not losing as I thought I'd be.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
