I just made the best salad. I used half spinach and half romaine for the greens (0 pts), 1 cup of sliced strawberries (1 pt), Lite poppyseed dressing (1 pt) and a sprinkle of pecan pieces (2 pts). I tell ya, I thought I had died and gone to heaven! What are your favorite recipes that fit in with your diet or new foods that you've tried since you started this whole process? Dieting doesn't have to be about limiting yourself, but can be about broadening your horizons!!
