Have you ever seen a dessert or something that looked really really good but then when you ate it you were a little disappointed by it? i have been trying to keep this mentality while i walk by certain treats that would normally make me tempted to eat them... it has definitely been working! of course, i still crave some of my favs but i have come to find that whenever i think about this phenomenon i realize that my "favs" are very few, so if i rule out all the other temptations other than my favs, its a heck of a lot easier to get myself under control!
