I recently visited my nutritionist for the third time and was only down 2lbs. I've been seeing her since September. I started off at 304lbs and am currently at 302lbs. I had lost 12lbs on the South Beach Diet previous to thanksgiving. but when thanksgiving arrived i said "eh, ill just go off of the diet for ONE day" well turns out i still haven't gone back on it. i just feel so lazy. i really want to go back on it and be successful but i just have no will power. i hate being unhealthy, but then when i have the opportunity of eating an apple or pasta i choose the pasta. can anyone offer any advice on how to help my cravings/habits? or advice on the south beach diet?
