My plan is that I eat dinner at 5pm and workout after I get home from work -6pm to 7pm and I don't eat the rest of the night. I may need to take a bath or something to distract me from the kitchen, I'm usually in bed by 8:30-9pm (shows are on) and wait till morning to eat. I really want this to work, so I have to restrain myself from food tonight!! I did this the last few nights and I'm feeling great in the am and excited to eat breakfast so I have to keep it up.
