OK I am just a little confused. I believe that I read somwhere that when your body is starting to really change and lose weight you will start to feel more hungry than usual becuase it is your body's way of trying to retain equilibrium. It's like it is freaking out and thinks you are trying to starve it or something. OR....do I need to eat more becasue I am feeling hungry because I also hear that you don't want to starve your body. I am keeping about the same amount of calories, I haven't cut way down or anything crazy. So is my body just trying to keep the status quo or what?
