I'm new here and am very encouraged by what I am reading. I have a four year old and a husband who is chronically ill and in and out of the hospital all the time. I find it super hard at the end of the day when the child's in bed and the chores are done to fit any exercise time in because I'm worn out. I am however determined to find a way.
