if it is possible, its definitely NOT healthy. you should lose no more than 2 lbs a week so that brings you to about 15 lbs max. i lost 40 lbs in college and it took me about 7 months. dont waste your money on any pills, just do it the healthy way and be happy with a 15 lb loss. good luck!

i dont think it would be healthy to loose that much weight that fast. and you run a higher risk of gaining it back.

Depends which New Years your talking about and if it is so important to you, why did you leave it so late? I wish you luck with that goal, but I cant give you any advice on how to do it, because it is not healthy.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I just wanted to be another voice in saying that there isn't a healthy way to lose that much weight in such a little amount of time. I also don't think that there's anything in the world (at least as far as reasons to lose weight), that's important enough to put your health at risk. And, I definitely agree that if you do it the healthy way and take full advantage of the time to lose the 15 lbs, you'll feel a lot better then going the unhealthy route.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
