Hi there -- I'm new to this community and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm beginning my weight loss journey (now doesn't that sound better than "diet"?) tomorrow. I'm both excited and very, very nervous. I worry about failing. I worry about being hungry. I worry about the weight not coming off even if I do everything right. Most of all, I'm looking forward to being part of a community of those on a similar path. I look forward to "meeting" many of you and to, I hope, both giving and getting some much needed support.
