well i have picked up a 'trainer' online. we have a deal, i get down to the weight i want, 140, he will take me to dinner and i get to join his volleyball team. IT"S AweSOME! So anyway, I told him i'm down to 176 now, 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I told him my routine and stuff and I trust his word, very very very in shape, and he said that if you work out like the strength training at night, it gets your metabolism to go and works for you while you sleep. So for the past 2 weeks I have done workouts at night with the focus on the strength at night, still cheat and do some in the morning, but mostly that is walking, but walk each day a total of 4-6 miles in the basement. So I believe that is the case, why would I have dropped 9 pounds since I changed my routine? my body is sore as crap..but it feels so good. oh and he says remember to stretch!!!

When I looked outside this morning it was snowing and sticking to the ground! We need winter tires but I do like snow as long as everyone stays safe. The snow has all cleared by now.
I want to lose weight and I have been trying to diet for awhile now and nothing seems to work. I am gluten free and dairy free. Can anyone recommend a diet that actually works?
