Hey everyone. Tomorrow night we are having a huge pot luck dinner at my house. Since its pot luck everyone will be preparing their best dishes. There will be a large salad and a few vegetable sides, but I'm nervous I will lose the strength to manage my portions. I know I can skip dessert with no problem and avoid drinking even though I want both. I don't feel like I have any room to eat a little more because last night I found out I didn't get accepted to my Israel trip and I had 5 large drinks. Probably 600 calories. I made room for it yesterday by not eating my snacks and I am going lite today, but I don't want to have another "off" day. Please help!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
