OK... I've started WW and am exercising, and it's going well so far. The problem is that I want the weight off now, and I have a history of getting discouraged when the weight doesn't come off as quick as I want it too. It's hard for me not to jump on the scale every 5 minutes, and it's all that I want to think about. Does anyone else feel this way? Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks!
