Number 2 You're going to STOP saying you're on a DIET.
You don't want to be on a diet...everyone HATES
diets, if your on one you count the days till your done, if your on one, you feel guilty if you break it. The word diet just serves as a reminder of how bad you feel. No more diet.
No Scales and no diet and more important NO STARVING!
At 14 you have your whole life ahead of you and beleive me if you get a the DIET-ROLLERCOASTER at 14, you will be on it for a long ride.
Listen to me, this is what you must do right now.
You need to start eating!
WHAT! you probably think I'm crazy...right?
Dear Beloved, I'm not crazy...Its about control, and who's in charge? You are.
Lets try this...for the next 2 weeks don't change anything (well almost anything) Ddn't change your eating habits except for this. Whatever you choose to eat, eat some of it at regular times each day.
ALWAYS have breakfast and lunch. Lets start with that. The long term should she you in full control of your eating pattern.
Eat 3 to 6 times a day and never miss breakfast and lunch.
Create a two week written diary of what you eat and then we can go from there. If you like what I'm saying then get back to me.
This is what I have found...starving resets your body and eventually your body shuts down cause it doesn't want you to vanish! Everytime you starve yourself, your body resets. Do this enough times and your body will view you as the enemy, your body figures your out to destroy it and beleive me, it makes it as hard as it can for you to loose weight...no disappearing!
