How do you determine this? I mean, I know there is a range for BMI, but it is a pretty wide range. At 5'5", for example, I can't imagine how I *personally* could look or feel good at either of the two extremes of this range (below 120 to above 150). So how did you decide on your goal weight, or what weight to stay at if you've reached a goal? I know there are formulas based on frame size and such but I am curious how everyone here decided this for themselves.
