I scaled my weight again yesterday... after 2 weeks ago. And the needle still pointed at 60Kg!!! Gosh... I past those 2 weeks by an intense hard working in the office which drained me mentally and phisically. And also a 30 minutes of work-out after work. Got sore muscles from 'em too... Can anybody help me on motivation for low carb diet.. maybe it can work, since I live in Indonesia and our main diet is carb.
