Really, there is only one way to lose weight....diet and excersize. We can all learn to suppress our appetite by changing the things we eat. High fiber foods will help. Hang in there...it's tough, we all know....
We all know the science - if burn off more than you put in then you lose weight. No magic, just hard work.
