Hi! Today is my first day here, so I am hoping to get some good motivation! I am 51 years old, 5 foot 4 inches and 180 lbs. I have never weighted this much in my life even when I was pregenant. I have several medical conditions but the three I am worrying about are fibromalgia, activity inducted ashtma, and type 2 diabeties. Also I am deathly allergic to nuts.So many diet foods have some form of nuts so I can't eat alot of them. I can't do very intense excerises without my ashtma kicking in, and I have no idea what type of diet to eat for the diabeties other than cutting down sugar and carbs (which I am addicted to!!) Any way any suggestions that would fit my suggestion I will greatly appericate. Oh yea, the other night I bought an excerise machine called the abdoer exterme. Bascially you sit on it, there are bars to hold on to and you just streach sideways, frontways or backwards, well I streach to far back and to the side and pulled a muscle! I'm starting out great, huh??? Thanks for listening and for any advice you have for me.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
