Hey guys ok as of two days ago I weigh 190 pounds. I am 22 years old and have been missing out on life so far. I feel that my weight problem is one of the reasons why I haven't been able to concieve. I need some serious advice here on what has worked for people on loosing weight and exercises that work. I wish I had a doctor so he or she could put me on some sort of plan to help me. I have the willpower but no idea on what to do or how to get started please help me! I will be starting college in the fall and I would really like to have lost some pounds by then.
