i just started a 1,200 calorie diet. i've done this before and stuck to it, and lost over 70 lbs. well, i've decided it's time to try to lose the rest of the weight (i'm at 205, and i want to get to 135), it's been about a year and 1/2 since i've dieted last. anyway, i started at 1,500 for 1 month and i didn't see results. so i just started 1,200 and it's been just a few days. it's soooo difficult! i know i can stick to it, i've done it before, and i know my system is just getting used to my new way of eating, but i'm so hungry!
