Hi! I have been doing the Atkins diet now for 6 days! I am by no means obese, but I just want to get down to my ideal weight - and tone up. I work out 5 days a week, and am doing this diet! Anyone who has done it, can you let me know how long it takes to see dramatic results. I havent cheated ONCE! im very proud!! i know its not the healthiest diet, but im just doing it until i get to the weight i want.
