I'm supposed to be eating every three hours and I still feel hungry until dinner. I haven't cheated, but I don't know if I'm supposed to feel hungry on this diet, because the point is to keep my metabolism from going into starvation mode and storing fat. I'm eating crap-tons of veggies, which I like, but I'm not sure how to stay full on them (you can read about my diet in my profile if you'd like). Maybe my body just isn't used the adjustment of consuming less calories. Does anyone have any experience with such an adjustment? Any success stories? I ordered some flaxseed oil, which I've read that if you pour it over your food (1 tsp) that it will keep you full for hours. Has anyone tried this? Any input? I'm waiting patiently for it to arrive in the mail from vitamins.com.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
