ok, this is where I need to be.
Was doing really well motivation wise & lost 7 lbs in about 3 weeks then....went to Orlando with all family for the holiday week! Well, first few days did pretty good then....downhill. Still not what I used to do but certainly holiday eating. I cooked for all down there & way too much tasting took place. Still not good yesterday as I craved woodfire pizza but NOW, I'm home & I'm back. Got my charts out & I am really back on my food plan. Will check the scale tomorrow...pretty scarey thought!

I'm so glad you are back, I missed you. You are such a joy, so honest and up front. I'm glad you had a nice trip with family. I know you will get back on track. I'm proud of you for not just throwing in the towel. Don't be worried about the scale, easier said than done. Just work on staying on track, it will all fall together. Have a good evening. vickie

Your first words " this is where I need to be" is just what I am going to hang tight to. After almost two years of good control and steady weight loss totaling about 35 lbs, I am fighting for the strength to stop the current binging which is specially bad during this season for feasting for me. I'm ashamed to say feeding my visiting family for four straight days puts me over the edge, with a weight gain about 8 lbs. I want to get back under control, which is a feeling a do like. My past history of getting control again is not great. But tomorrow is a new day, and with the help of this site, I hope to gain strength.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
