I know this sounds dorky, i'm not a fan...really, but it worked for me. I feel like I have been trying to loose weight my whole life and I have tried almost anything. i also travel a lot and listen to books on tape in order to make the trip shorter. i listened to the book by dr. phil. something like "10 keys to weight loss" or something like that and just by learning more about my issues, i have lost 2 and a half pounds in about two weeks. but it's not how fast i lost it, i really think this could be the real thing for me and help me keep it off!! don't go into it looking for a quick fix or a "diet" though.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
