In the past two years I have put on 35lbs! I am 5'3" and 150lbs!! I can not deal with the way I look anymore. I do just about everything in my power to lose the weight. I go to the gym 4 days a week, walk my dog about one mile everyday, stay on a pretty healthy diet most of the time and even started taking diet pills. Nothing has helped. Ill take and advice I can get!!!
