Ok. I'm willing to be the supporter, the one to provide the kick/push/shove to get started. Anyone wanting to move toward losing weight I have an idea. First - today is 11/13 here in the states. Let's set our 1st. goal for one week from today- 11/20. Pull out your scales and dust them off. Everyone weight and then come and post. - Ok, I go first - 246# - Yuck!! I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
