Okay I took a look in the mirror today and was ashamed of myself. I need to loose 79 lbs to be within my healthy weight range. I know that I need to eat better, more often and smaller portions and excercise. BUT the issue that I have is that there aren't many vegtables that I like, except Corn, Green Beans, and Carrots other then that. What are some other things that I can substitute for these? Anything?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
