But I agree with everyone above. One scale. Same time a day. And also, I know this from before when I had my big weight loss; don't rely on just pounds lost. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so keep in mind how clothes fit on you. I weighed every day (still do) but I also, once a week, tried on a certain pair of blue jeans to see how they fit. That gave me a real good idea of how I was doing. Plus it gave me a goal. Once I fit into that certain pair of jeans, I picked another smaller one and that was my new goal.
