Hello all. I am adding a spiritual approach to weight loss. I printed a 7 day approach to clear my mind and get ready for the physical attempt. This past year I have lost weight by walking and swimming. But I am not consistant with the food. I have a lot on my mind and have always turned to food for comfort. It is time to turn to something else and a little peace of mind might help. Right now I am having a love affair with cheese doodles. I havn't eaten them in years yet I have given into this urge for doodles this week. Maybe I have a need for a certain vitamin in my body. ( is cheese considered a vitamin? LOL ). Someone once told me that a craving for certain foods means my body is needing something. I do have a lack of potatsium in my blood and I take pills for that. That may explain my cravings for potatochips (salt). Anyway I am taking the apporoach that a clear mind will lead to a leaner body. Wish me luck.
