Hello. I hope everyone is well. I need to lose approximately 50 pounds. My health insurance carrier will pay for 12 sessions of weight watchers at a time. I just need to pay an initial 25 dollars. The condition is that I must attend 10 of 12 sessions in order to continue the program for free. I am willing to do so. There are a few questions I would like to ask. What types of purchases are besides any food that I may chose to purchase? How does the program work? Does the point program offer more choices for fod. I do not want to starve myself. How many pounds do they recommend/say you can lose per week? Please tell me anything else you can. Thanks for taking the time to read and answer my questions. Be safe.
