how to lose weight off thighs and bum

hi im new here and was hopeing you guys could shed a little light on whats the best way to lose weight from the thighs and bum?
you see every time ive dieted ive lost weight really quickly off every where else yet this bit is so stubburn so i diet alittle longer but lose to much weight ( ie boobs) and end up looking guant up top please help i don't want to be super skinny and only want to lose 10lbs but it would be nice if it came off every where please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

perhaps a fitness instructor could tell you the perfect exercises to do for the hips and bum. I know when I went to the gym (and by joe, I need to get back there!) I was honest about the areas that seemed to drop off the weight (yes, my boobs too unfortunately!) and the hips and bum that the weight stubbornly stuck to. She recommended me good exercises (squats, leg lifts, certain weights) and especially cardio. A fast paced walk (one which you don't have enough puff to hold a conversation aswell) is well known for all over weight loss. Good luck!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
