I've been told antioxidants, cardio and healthy eating makes it happen. My weight is fluctuating I've been excercising religiously 1-2 hours per day 6-7 days a week. For approx. 9 weeks. The front desk couldn't answer me. I eat healthier in small portions with high fiber and low sugar meals, I drink a lot of water... My metabolism isn't that screwy. What am i doing wrong? What might you suggest?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Also weight training helps. The more muscle you build the more you burn.
