I've been reading some fitness magazines which say that the amount of water your body needs daily is your weight/2 in oz. For example if you weight 150 (nice wish) you would need to drink 75 oz of water a day....well....I'm not 150, and with my weight my water is upwards of 100 a day, HOW do you drink that much? I drink the 16 oz. bottled water and I'm on my fourth for this morning, and I know I have the rest of the day, but it's easier to do it now at work then when I get home and get lost amongst the kids and chores. Any advice?
