I've been reading some fitness magazines which say that the amount of water your body needs daily is your weight/2 in oz. For example if you weight 150 (nice wish) you would need to drink 75 oz of water a day....well....I'm not 150, and with my weight my water is upwards of 100 a day, HOW do you drink that much? Any advice?
