Hi, I want to lose 45 lbs so I have been doing Weight watchers in the new year. I just need to start exercising. My problem is that I have no idea what I am doing. I will wake up, get out my weighted ball(8lbs) and mat and then I don't know what to do from there. I used to have a routine where I would do 100 ball lifts, 100 reverse sit ups and leg lifts. Now that I've started back up again, the old routine just seems to be too much for me 1st thing in the morning. Like, this morning I lost count of the ball lifts and then just did them until I didn't feel like it anymore and then instead of my reverse sit ups, I just laid there and stared at my cat. LOL I just want a structured workout routine that will tell me exactly what I need to be doing. Does anybody have one that they would like to share?
