Hello everyone,I have looked at a hundred sites and I am still lost.I have recently dropped 39lbs and I am slowing in my weight loss.I know that what it took for me to lose the weight when I was heavier needs to be adapted for a person who weighs less now.Howvwer I am not sure how many calories to consume now or what.I exercise reguarly walking 1hour some time 1hour and a half a day.I also do curves on my luch 4 times a week.So any advice would be helpful!!!
