okay i weigh around 123 i want to weight 100 but i don't want flab or anything on me, i feel so fat right now i've tried puking but my throat is like raw and blood is starting to come up again so........i'm thinking maybe just don't eat........but i don't know i've tried working out before and it helped but what do i eat if i do eat, i mean how many caloreis should i eat to get to my goal weight?
