i did so well all day long and most of the week was really good then the weekend came and night came and i messed up. i cooked something sweet for the family and i had to try some cuz i made it and i needed to know if it was good. i said i would just hav a small taste then i just lost control and ate until i felt like i was gonna be sick. this seems to happen a lot on the weekends. is there anything i can do to counteract the food other than vomiting so i wont hav to deal with seeing an ugly number on the scale tomorrow. last saturday night the same thing happened at a party i went to. i ate too much and the next day the scale read 6 pounds heavier....which must hav been some water weight, right? i mean that cant be all fat after just one bad night. so let me know what you think...im openminded to trying different things....thanks
