I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT MY WHOLE LIFE. I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING THAT WORKS. IVE STOPPED DRINKING SODA IVE STOPPED EATING FAST FOOD I JUST CANT SEEM TO LOSE WEIGHT. AND I HAVE 110 POUNDS TO LOSE. I AM ONLY 5 FEET TALL AND I WEIGH 235 POUNDS AT AGE 22. I WANT TO WEIGH 125 POUNDS AT THE MOST AND I JUST NEED SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO DO IT FROM SOMEONE WHOS HAD SUCCESS. PLEASE HELP. BY THE WAY I AM A STAY AT HOME MOM OF A TWO YEAR OLD AND A THREE YEAR OLD SO GOING TO A GYM OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT IS OUT OF THE QUESTION.
