Hi everyone, I have lost 40 pounds in the last year since my son was born. I have been eating healthier and exercising more, but I cannot seem to win when it comes to McDonalds breakfast....there is just something about it that I crave and there is 3 McDonalds on my way to work. I would choose a new route to work but it would add 10 minutes to my commute. I have other food weaknesses too like sweets....just can't shake it. HELP!
