I have been on a strict work out routine for a few months now. I have been noticing my muscles getting stronger and I generally have more energy. I have had a lot of problems in the past with trying too hard to diet. I decided this time would be different. I would not keep myself from eating things I love, but I would do all the cooking. I also have cut soda out of my diet entirely. So, I don't feel as though I am over eating or even eating the wrong things. Yet my pants are getting TIGHTER!!! I love that I feel healthier and more muscular, but this layer of fat over the growing muscles is staying put!! HELP!
