I would like to know the brand of Hoodia that everyone is taking, the dosage and their oppinion on how it's worked for them.
I am thinking about adding this to my diet plan to help my "stall", but I realize there are fakes out there and it would be really, really helpful if those who have taken this product would share their results. Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I have tried Hoodia it was suppose to be the one on Oprah. Even said if it doesn't work you get your money back.
WHAT A LOT OF RUBBISH.
I have spent a hell of a lot of money on trying to lose weight.
NONE OF WHICH REALLY WORKS.
If I manage to lose the weight I would put it back on and more, over time.
I will not buy anymore things. Firstly, because I don't have the money. And secondly, because I no longer believe what people say.
What I have learnt is that eating small amounts and chewing each mouthful is a good start, along side of exercising.
I'm going to start on Monday to be more careful with what I eat, and to keep a journal on what I eat eat day and exercise.
i wud not bother with hoodia. i tried it for a month and i didnt lose anything just felt ill as i was not eating enough.x
These "products" may result in some loss but it's muscle mass and water, plus you body ends up being less healthy.
Then when you stop taking your miracle pills, you end up gaining the weight back and more, just like iep said.
I picked up a great magazine today, premiere issue, called Clean Eating.

This issue looks pretty neat to me.
It has a 30 day plan for eating.
It has the 3 meals/2 snacks for each day, including portion sizes.
It also has the actual shopping list for the groceries you need to buy for each week.
It finally has all the recipes to make the meals in the plan!
The only thing they could add would be a cook to make the meals and clean up after!
Seriously now, forget about all this crap and eat clean plus toss in exercise.
That's the only way you are going to get fit, stay healthy and lose weight.

I've only tired one diet pill that ever worked for me; leptoprin. I lost 20lbs real fast but when I was taking them it also made me want to scratch my eyeballs out of my head! Of course, I put the weight back on when I stopped taking them. Not worth it..
Don't waste your money. Just stick to a good diet and exercise. It'll be better in the long run! Good luck!
Gain a heathy life style for life time. r spend life time playing the diet game.
Body must have, n do n not do.
1.Protein some people like whey protein. aprox $18 at Wal mart.
2.Fiber I use original Fiber One cereal
3.water I have gal of ice water
4.move My form of exercise is walking
5.Sleep 8hrs on scedule. I sleep 6 then I have handful of dry fiber one cereal 20 oz of ice water n sometimes I also have fruit n/r veggies.
6. Do not eat after 5PM. however I have 1/2 cup up to 2 cups of dry original fiber one cereal 1 to 2 hrs before bed time.
No grease white flour
Limit carbs salt starch
Cal's in Cal's out ratio.
Correct healthy portions.
set mini goals. wkly mini goals work.
Only weigh in the 1st thing in morning.
Use measureing tape.
at 1st keep a journal.
In morning I have ice water muti v, protein drink, dry orginal fiber one cereal n/r 2 cups of oat meal, org juice, 1 to 2 cups of coffee, sometype of fruit.
Throughout the day I have home made trail mix, dry original fiber one cereal, n ice water.
